Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Client-Side)
Location: West London
Contract Duration: 5–6 Months
Project Value: £600m Mixed-Use Development

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a high-profile, client-side team on a landmark £600m mixed-use development in West London. This is a key contract role focused on change management, working closely with the main contractor and construction consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess change information submitted by the main contractor and consultant teams
• Prepare robust, clearly structured business cases for funder approval
• Ensure all submissions meet funder requirements and are fully substantiated
• Translate technical construction details into concise, funder-ready documentation
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing client team

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar client-side Quantity Surveyor role
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Background in large-scale mixed-use or major commercial developments is preferred
