A class leading multi-discipline practice is looking to strengthen their team with the addition of an established Senior Party Wall Surveyor. The role is to lead the service line out of the practices North London branch. This is a leadership role offering the chance to shape, develop and grow and dedicated Party Wall service.

The Role
This position will suit a driven and commercially aware professional who is looking to take ownership of a service line and play a key role in its expansion. You will be responsible for leading all Party Wall matters, developing client relationships and establishing the consultancy as a ‘go to’ specialist in this area.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing Party Wall instructions in accordance with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996
- Acting as Appointed Surveyor, Building Owner’s Surveyor, and Agreed Surveyor
- Preparing and serving notices, schedules of condition, and Party Wall Awards
- Managing disputes and providing expert advice to clients
- Developing and growing the Party Wall service offering across the business
- Supporting business development and contributing to wider company growth
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting knowledge development
About You
- Proven experience in Party Wall matters within a consultancy environment
- Strong working knowledge of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996
- Ideally MRICS and/or membership of Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors or Pyramus & Thisbe Club
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ambitious, with a desire to lead and grow a specialist service
