The project:
You’ll be joining a flagship programme that spans more than 200 individual projects, including cultural and heritage attractions, F&B, retail, luxury hotels, commercial assets, and world-class educational facilities. This is a programme at the heart of Riyadh’s future — fast-moving, ambitious, and packed with opportunities to make a lasting impact.
The programme management team is expanding and seeking exceptional professionals ready to contribute at scale.
As Senior Project Controls Manager, you’ll lead PMO and project controls services across assigned commissions, steering implementation, reporting, and high-level stakeholder engagement. You will also help develop future capability within a centre of excellence, ensuring alignment with strategic performance frameworks and best practice.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading stakeholder management and engaging with senior executives in a key client-facing role.
• Elevating report quality and driving data-led decision making.
• Bringing robust project management and PMO expertise to support delivery.
• Overseeing complex giga-project portfolios and large-scale mixed-use developments.
• Directing PMO and project controls delivery across multiple commissions.
• Providing expert leadership in cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
• Building trusted client relationships and strengthening performance reporting.
• Mentoring teams, promoting innovation, and advancing sustainability principles.

You’ll need to have:

• A relevant degree qualification.
• Proven experience in major project or programme delivery.
• Professional membership or Chartered status.
• Eligibility to meet visa requirements.
