East London | £70,000 - £85,000 + Travel Expenses + Bonus + Package

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established Tier 1 MEP Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering fast-paced commercial/retail fit-out projects across London and the South East. With ambitious plans to scale their division, they’re looking to bring in an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of multiple small-scale electrical and mechanical projects.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing the commercial delivery of MEP works across 10–20 projects annually, typically ranging in value from £50k – £700k
• Projects span commercial and retail environments, with a strong electrical bias
• Working closely with the Commercial Director and alongside two other MEP QS’s within the team
• Leading cost planning, procurement, and final accounts while maintaining strong subcontractor relationships

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in MEP quantity surveying, ideally within the fit-out or maintenance sectors
• Ability to manage multiple fast-turnaround projects at once
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong commercial acumen
• Electrical background preferred, but a good understanding of mechanical is beneficial

What’s On Offer:

• £70,000 – £85,000 salary depending on experience
