My client is an established and growing consultancy in Essex is seeking a talented and motivated professional to join their dynamic team. Working across a diverse portfolio in the commercial, education, and healthcare sectors, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality technical design and construction documentation for a wide range of projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD
Supporting project delivery from planning through to construction stages
Coordinating with architects, engineers, and external consultants
Ensuring all work complies with UK building regulations and industry standards
Contributing to design team meetings and technical reviews

Architectural Technician

Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role within a UK-based practice
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Experience across commercial, education, or healthcare projects is desirable
A proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills
