The Role:
You will take the lead on all MEP commercial matters across high-profile commercial builds ranging from £100m to £500m in value. This role offers real influence within a progressive, well-structured commercial team that champions innovation, collaboration, and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all MEP-related commercial activities on large-scale construction projects
• Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Work closely with project teams to ensure cost certainty and value engineering
• Support and mentor junior QS team members where appropriate
• Ensure alignment with project delivery timelines and financial targets

About You:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a focus on MEP packages
• Strong background in Tier 1 main contracting on large commercial developments
• Excellent knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
• Adept at managing high-value MEP packages from pre-construction to final account
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Open to candidates from a MEP subcontractor background
