The Role Take the commercial lead on a flagship residential project (or two), managing MEP packages valued between £7m–£15m. You’ll:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to final accounts
• Report directly to the Commercial Manager and Director
• Manage and mentor an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Collaborate closely with respected main contractors the business has long-term relationships with
• Play a key role in delivering quality and commercial success
