Central London | Major Commercial Development

We are working with a leading main contractor’s specialist MEP division to appoint a Senior MEP Commercial Manager for a landmark commercial development in Central London, located adjacent to a major London train station.

The project is currently in pre-construction, with the next 6 months focused on early-stage commercial and procurement strategy. Practical completion is scheduled for late 2028, offering long-term project stability and the chance to see a flagship scheme through from inception to delivery.

The MEP package value is circa £40m, and the project is being delivered alongside the contractor’s major projects construction division.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full commercial ownership of the MEP package from pre-construction through to final account
• Lead cost planning, procurement strategy, contract administration and commercial reporting
• Work closely with the main construction team, design managers and supply chain partners
• Manage risk, value engineering and change control across the lifecycle of the project
• Provide commercial leadership to project teams and support junior commercial staff

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior MEP Commercial Manager (or strong Commercial Manager ready to step up)
• Strong background delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments
• In-depth knowledge of MEP commercial management, procurement and contract administration
• Confident operating in pre-construction and influencing commercial strategy from day one

Salary: £110,000 – £125,000 + comprehensive package
