Location: Aylesbury (5 Days on-site, full time)
Salary: Competitive, PAYE

We are seeking a proactive and organised Document Controller to join a major data centre project as part of a dynamic subcontractor team. This is an on-site role, supporting the efficient management, organisation, and distribution of project documentation. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards, and enabling teams to access and utilise information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-time on-site management of project documentation.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained and easily accessible to the project team.
- Support teams in accessing and utilising project information efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for documentation.
- Manage the flow of information using the designated project platform.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller, ideally within data centre or large MEP projects.
- Proficiency with the project’s documentation platform (ACC experience highly desirable).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Must live locally or within a reasonable commute; site is 20 minutes walk from the nearest station (parking available).
- Must hold a valid driving license.
