- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including material take-offs, labour, and equipment pricing.
- Collaborate closely with the pre-construction team to deliver accurate and competitive bids.
- Evaluate and negotiate tenders, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide value engineering solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry, ideally with a background in healthcare, laboratories, and other technical projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a track record of successful project bids.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A proactive approach to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
