Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator looking for an exciting new challenge? We are exclusively recruiting for a leading multi-discipline specialist contractor, established in the 1970s, providing Building Services, Construction, FM, and Energy Solutions across the UK and Ireland.

As a medium-sized MEP contractor, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions across a range of sectors, including life sciences, data centres, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the electrical estimating process for high-profile projects.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, including material take-offs, labour, and equipment pricing.
  • Collaborate closely with the pre-construction team to deliver accurate and competitive bids.
  • Evaluate and negotiate tenders, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide value engineering solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
About You:
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry, ideally with a background in healthcare, laboratories, and other technical projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a track record of successful project bids.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A proactive approach to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
