The Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Development Manager to lead the planning and delivery of these flagship residential developments. You will play a key role in driving the project from concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, commercial targets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of mixed use projects.
• Manage master planning, design, approvals, procurement, and construction oversight.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure delivery timelines and budgets are met.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and sustainability goals.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, value engineering, and design enhancement.
• Report directly to the Development Director and present updates to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in real estate development
• Proven track record in leading large-scale developments from inception to handover.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
• Deep understanding of KSA real estate market and regulatory environment.
