Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the company’s investment strategy in alignment with the Vision 2030 agenda.
- Identify, structure, and negotiate investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee financial analysis, risk assessments, and capital structuring for new and existing projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investment partners, banks, and financial institutions.
- Collaborate with development, legal, and executive teams to support commercial success.
- Present investment opportunities and performance reports to the Board and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Saudi Applicants only – this role is open to Saudi applicants only.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Solid experience in investment management within the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong network of financial and institutional partners.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in closing complex investment deals and joint ventures.
