A friendly, collaborative and efficient multi-discipline practice in Leeds is looking strengthen their team with the addition of a Senior/Chartered Building Surveyor.
 
You the successful Senior/Chartered Building Surveyor will work across the commercial, retail and industrial sectors providing a range of building surveying services. The division is undertaking office fit outs, external repairs on distribution centres and refurbishment on commercial units.
 

• Contract administration and project management
• Building surveys and condition reports
• Dilapidations and landlord & tenant matters
• Defect analysis
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Employer’s agent duties

 
You the Senior/Chartered Building Surveyor will manage clients, consultants and contractors whilst delivering multiple projects and provide accurate technical advice. Work is based in Leeds and the surrounding home counties, typical programmes range from £150k - £2million.
 
What They’re Looking For

• MRICS qualified
• Proven commercial experience
• Strong technical building surveying knowledge
• Confident communicator with good client-facing skills
• Ability to manage your own workload and projects
