Quantity Surveyor - Design

I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor with strong experience, and knowledge, in civil engineering (i.e. earth works, groundworks, tunnelling and bridges). My client is a large tier one main contractor who is looking for Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a project worth £860m that is part of a £2.5 billion package. This role offers great commercial exposure, hybrid working opportunities and the chance to join a project that can push your career to the next level.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be floating between multiple sub-contractors and supporting them in the conception stage the project is currently in and seeing it all the way through to delivery.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will:

• Have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (e.g. BSc)
• Have demonstrable experience within engineering and civil engineering. 
• Be highly capable of managing sub-contract packages and manage any changes in variations.
