Location: Brentwood (4 days office-based, 1 day WFH)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Package

- Preparing tender and contract documents
- Cost planning and commercial management
- Managing sub-contractor payments and valuations
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring budgets are adhered to
- Providing advice on contractual claims and procurement strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the residential sector (developer or main contractor)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and commercial awareness
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
