Position: Quality Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Type: Freelance - Minimum 12 months
Day Rate: €400 per day
Role Overview:
As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to quality excellence across all aspects of our project. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our quality management system, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and client requirements. Collaborating closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality excellence throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to project teams in implementing quality processes and procedures.
Lead investigations into quality incidents, non-conformances, and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Provide training and support to staff on quality-related matters, promoting a culture of quality awareness and accountability.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or in relevant field
- Proven experience in a similar quality management role within the construction industry, preferably with a Tier One main contractor.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
