The Role

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management
- Lead and coordinate site teams, engineering staff, and subcontractor packages
- Oversee programme development, short-term planning, and progress reporting
- Manage interfaces between phases, logistics, and sequencing
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Collaborate with design, technical, and commercial teams to resolve buildability issues
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication, including client and senior management updates
- Deliver projects to the required quality, on time, and within budget
About You
- Proven experience delivering new-build residential projects, ideally RC frame and multi-phase schemes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and contractor management skills
- Ability to manage complex programmes and oversee multiple work fronts
- Confident with reporting, planning, and driving productivity on site
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid; construction-related qualifications desirable
