My client is a leading Tier 1 MEP Contractor renowned excellence in delivering high-end projects. With an impressive portfolio of successful ventures, they are now seeking an MEP Quality Assurance Supervisor to join their dynamic team on a high-end residential project in Cambridge.

🌐 Responsibilities:
  Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures for MEP systems in residential projects.
  Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  Review and verify MEP design documents, drawings, and specifications for quality and accuracy.
  Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  Monitor and document the performance of subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  Conduct quality audits and prepare reports on quality performance, including any non-conformance issues.
  Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
  Ensure that all MEP systems are installed correctly and function as intended before final handover.
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and regulations related to MEP systems.
  Collaborate with the health and safety team to ensure all quality assurance activities are conducted safely.
