Senior Compliance Manager – Real Estate & Construction Location: King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Riyadh
Sector: Industrial Cities Development – Mega Programme
Package: Up to 71,000 SAR monthly + housing allowance, transportation allowance, education allowance, VIP medical insurance, mobile allowance, one-month salary vacation allowance, and additional benefits.

The Role As Senior Compliance Manager, you will lead the development and oversight of the organisation’s compliance strategy across a multi-billion-riyal Real Estate & Construction programme. You will work closely with executive leadership, programme directors, legal teams, engineering, procurement, and external stakeholders to ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, governance frameworks, and international best practice.
Your role will be critical in ensuring the organisation maintains the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and operational excellence as it builds a portfolio of industrial cities across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continually enhance the organisation’s Compliance Framework, aligned with Saudi regulations and international standards.
- Oversee compliance activities across major real estate, construction, and infrastructure projects within the industrial city development programme.
- Monitor adherence to legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct compliance assessments, audits, investigations, and internal reviews to ensure strong governance and ethical operations.
- Prepare compliance dashboards, reports, and updates for executive leadership and governance committees.
- Partner with project directors, PMO, legal, finance, procurement, and engineering teams to embed a robust compliance culture across the organisation.
- Lead the development and delivery of compliance training programmes for employees and contractors.
- Advise on compliance risks related to schedule, procurement, commercial activity, safety, and operational matters.
- Support the development of business continuity, data protection, and ethics policies.
- Mentor and develop junior compliance team members as the organisation expands.
- Minimum 7 years’ specialised experience in Compliance, ideally within Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Mega/Giga Projects.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, governance structures, compliance monitoring tools, and audit processes.
- Experience managing compliance in complex, multi-stakeholder programmes—preferably within the GCC.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP, CFE, ISO 37301 Compliance Management, CIA, PMP) are highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to promote organisation-wide compliance alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
