A market-leading M&E Contractor requires an MEP Project Director to lead the installation of a major Life Sciences project based in Central London, from design to handover.
This is a unique, high-spec project of real prestige, and one of the company’s most important for many years.
You will join a business that has an extremely strong pipeline of major project work, stretching well into 2026. They’ve recently successfully expanded into other verticals and with this comes various progression and development opportunities.
Candidates of both a mechanical and electrical bias will be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pre-construction, procurement and planning of the project
- Full cost control of the project with close alignment to QS - Financial reporting to management
- Holding regular progress report meetings with senior leadership and the client
- Delegation of work to project team and full management of it (Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors etc).
- Health & Safety – investigating and reporting on any injuries that occur on site
