The Role:
As MEP Commercial Director, you will:

• Lead a commercial team comprising of Commercial Managers and Senior QSs, across 8–10 live projects.
• Manage the full commercial lifecycle: upstream/downstream contract management, supply chain, cost reporting, risk, and opportunity analysis.
• Sit on the company’s senior management team, contributing to wider business strategy and decision-making.
• Be given the freedom and autonomy to influence business direction, grow the commercial team, and bring in your own contacts and ideas.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a Commercial Director / Senior Commercial Manager (must be overseeing multiple projects) role.
• Background in MEP contracting — open to all sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, or specialist MEP subcontractors (e.g., BMS, ductwork, fire, etc.).
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Candidates from both Tier 1 and small-medium sized contractor backgrounds are welcome.
