Position: Demobilisation Interface Manager
Rate: £600 Outside IR35
Location: Birmingham
Contract Duration: 7 months
Working Pattern: 5 days based in the head office
People Group are looking to recruit an Interface Manager from a Client Side background to work for a Train Operating Company.

People Group are looking to recruit an Interface Manager from a Client Side background to work for a Train Operating Company.
Responsibilities:
- Capturing stakeholder requirements
- Generating sponsor's remits
- Produce procurement strategy
- Produce RFCs to DfT, produce work specification / scope
- Production of procurement deliverables and take through process
- Management of design suppliers for surveys and design
- Manage delivery suppliers for construction and acting as safety lead for checking quality and safety on site.
- Participate in all relevant project and PMO reporting activities as required
- Draft PowerPoints and NRC narrative along with a spreadsheet/finance person to log all TQs as they come through from the DfT.
- Support seeking legal reviews and generally organising the process.
Essentials and Desirables:
- Experience working for a Train Operating Company or client side (within Rail) with understanding of the operation of a TOC
- NEC3 / NEC4 working knowledge
- A PRINCE2 Practitioner/ APM PMQ qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in project management, managing stakeholders, tracking high volumes of TQs and reporting to senior management
