Roles & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical works from pre-construction to project handover
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Maintain cost control and work closely with the QS team for financial reporting
- Oversee technical submittals, RFIs, and resolve any design issues
- Delegate tasks effectively across the project team (Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors, etc.)
- Promote and enforce health & safety standards, including investigating and reporting any site incidents
