Our client, a top-tier MEP Contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the the successful delivery of lifescience project. As part of this well-established company, you will lead the project from the pre-construction phase through to completion. This role offers long-term work in the Cambridge area, with excellent opportunities for career growth and advancement. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of the Electrical aspects of this significant Life Science development.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of Electrical projects from pre-construction to project close-out, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
- Cost control of the project with close alignment to QS - Financial reporting to management
- Technical submittals, RFI’s, noticing and rectifying flaws in design
- Delegation of work to project team (Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors etc).
- Health & Safety – investigating and reporting on any injuries that occur on site
