THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with regional and site leadership teams, delivering people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and cultural alignment. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel (60–70%) across multiple sites (North - Liverpool/Manchester)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a trusted HR business partner, providing guidance and support to leaders and operational teams.
- Lead HR projects to improve employee experience, streamline processes, and support talent development.
- Manage recruitment and coach managers to build leadership capability.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
- Champion engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
YOUR PROFILE
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR experience.
- Proven HR experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Strong employee relations expertise and knowledge of UK employment law.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
