Bid Administrator / Bid Coordinator

📍 Central London | Office-based

🏗️ Leading M&E Contractor
We are currently recruiting a Bid Administrator / Bid Coordinator to join the Pre-Construction team of a well-established and highly regarded Mechanical & Electrical contractor based in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting bids and tenders, ideally within MEP / Building Services, who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the end-to-end bid and tender process
  • Coordinating bid documentation, deadlines, and submissions
  • Assisting estimators and bid managers with pre-construction administration
  • Preparing and formatting documents and presentations
  • Managing tender portals and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions
About You
  • Previous experience as a Bid Administrator / Bid Coordinator (construction or M&E preferred)
  • Exposure to MEP / Building Services projects is highly desirable
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, reliable, and keen to learn and grow within the business
