Job description

Senior Quantity Surveyor needed for a Tier One contractor in Hertfordshire. Due to their being 18 months left on the project, Freelance resource is their preference.

Project value is £150m+ and the scope of works includes earthworks, RC stuctures, highways & drainage.

You will be required on site 4 days a week with 1 day working from home.

Essentials include:
  • Major projects experience- Highways, Rail, Water all relevant
  • NEC contract understanding - preferably Option C, Target Cost
  • A main contractor background.
