My client is a multi-discipline, innovative Principal Contractor within the Construction industry, specialising in critical systems projects, and are currently seeking Electrical Site Managers to work on Data Centre projects in London and the M4 corridor.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the electrical construction activities of the Data Centre project from start to finish.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project schedules and quality standards.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance and resolve any conflicts or issues.
• Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and control project progress, budgets, and resources, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality control, and compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with the design team to provide input on constructability, value engineering, and optimization of electrical systems.
• Maintain effective communication and foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
