Job description
An excellent job opportunity for an Electrical Package Manager to work for a leading tier one main contractor. This will be to work on signature residential project near Battersea.
What will you be doing?
You will have experience working for a main contractor on large residential or commercial projects and have a strong electrical background. You will have excellent communication and project management skills and capable of liaising with subcontractors and project team.

What will you be doing?
- You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the electrical subcontractors,
- Reporting progress to the Project Director and the client and liaising with the build teams to ensure that all electrical packages are delivered according to spec
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with the clients requirements
- Ensuring high quality and compliance of Electrical works and installation
- Monitor the programme of works
- Attend site meetings
- Carry out daily site inspections
- Co-ordinate the electrical works schedule
- Monitor drawing programme and quality
- Monitor technical submissions progress
