Electrical Engineer
Salary: £40,000-£45,000
Location: London

Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for servicing and maintaining all types of work undertaken within Service Level Agreements. Multi skilled with electrical core competence.
Maintaining and repairing all building services equipment, which may include PPM, Reactive maintenance.
To be fully conversant with electrical isolation and test requirements.
Service and maintain plant and equipment associated with building services systems.
Active involvement in day-to-day operations of building services plant and equipment.
Fault finding on building services equipment.
Carry out/assist in all minor new works including system installations and refurbishments as required.
Carry out basic maintenance on electrical distribution systems, lighting, hot and cold water systems, and plumbing services.
Prepare detailed reports/technical. Communications on work carried out and submit to contracts manager/client as required.

Essential Experience

5+ years’ experience in a similar building environment
Broad technical knowledge and understanding of FM and building systems
Relevant qualification in Electrical field
