People Group has proudly been instructed on a new and unique opportunity to join a building surveying and project management specialist in Kent. We are looking to strengthen the team with the addition of a competent Chartered Building Surveyor.
 
The practice is a close-knit group of professionals, they manage an impressive portfolio of clients across Kent and the surrounding home counties. The USP of this opportunity is the variety of work available, you the successful Chartered Building Surveyor will work across the private residential and commercial sectors.
 
The team is delivering a range of building surveying services, predominately the work includes CAT A & B fit outs, dilapidations, building surveys, contract administration, project management, party wall matters and design specifications. You will lead several schemes at once whilst managing client relationships and external stakeholders.
 
This role is ideal for a well-rounded Chartered Building Surveyor who is looking to have more autonomy and have a better work to life balance. You will be offered the opportunity to continue career growth to achieve full Directorship status.

Chartered Building Surveyor
  • BSc in Building Surveying
  • MRICS qualified (Essential)
  • Strong technical knowledge
