I’m currently supporting a well-established, publicly recognised Tier 1 MEP Contractor with a strong presence across London and the South East. With decades of experience delivering technically complex commercial, infrastructure and data centre schemes, this contractor has built a reputation for quality delivery, long-standing client partnerships, and a progressive approach to BIM and digital construction.

These roles are being offered on both a temporary and permanent basis, with lenghly project durations expected to run until 2029.

Due to a strong secured pipeline for 2026 and beyond, they are now looking to expand their BIM teams across multiple flagship London projects.

  • BIM leadership on large-scale data centre projects (Manager-level roles)
