Job description
🚀 Multiple BIM Opportunities – Major London Projects Building Services / Construction
City of London & Greater London
I’m currently supporting a well-established, publicly recognised Tier 1 MEP Contractor with a strong presence across London and the South East. With decades of experience delivering technically complex commercial, infrastructure and data centre schemes, this contractor has built a reputation for quality delivery, long-standing client partnerships, and a progressive approach to BIM and digital construction.
These roles are being offered on both a temporary and permanent basis, with lenghly project durations expected to run until 2029.
Due to a strong secured pipeline for 2026 and beyond, they are now looking to expand their BIM teams across multiple flagship London projects.

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities (Level Dependent)
- Autonomous design coordination across MEP services including Stage 4 calculations and plant/equipment selection
- Production of detailed mark-ups and oversight of coordinated 3D Revit/Fabrication models
- Delivery of Stage 5 installation drawings
- Attendance and leadership of coordination meetings (internal and client-facing)
- Close collaboration with Project Managers and commercial teams
- Commercial awareness around design decisions
- BIM leadership on large-scale data centre projects (Manager-level roles)
- Working within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environments where required
💼 Ideal Experience
- Strong Revit MEP capability
- Experience delivering complex commercial or infrastructure projects
- Data centre exposure (for Brent Cross & Romford Manager roles)
- ACC experience (for specified projects)
- Confident communicator with strong coordination ability
