What Christian brings
Christian leads The People Group with a clear focus on long-term value, quality of delivery and trusted relationships. As CEO, he is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business, evolving its service offering and ensuring the firm continues to operate as a credible, values-led partner to clients across global markets.
With a deep understanding of the built environment and professional services landscape, Christian has guided the business through significant growth, international expansion and the development of its three core service pillars: Selection, Search and Solutions. His leadership has shifted the firm from a traditional recruitment model to a more strategic, advisory-led talent partner.
Christian is closely involved in senior client relationships, executive search mandates and strategic engagements, bringing clarity, judgement and a collaborative approach to complex challenges. He believes strongly that recruitment, when done properly, is not transactional, it is built on alignment, accountability and trust.
