Salary - £75,000 + travel allowance

Position Overview:
As a Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of technical professionals to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our clients' facilities. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards of safety, and implementing best practices in technical services management.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of technical professionals, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to perform at their best.
Service Delivery: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific technical service needs and ensure they are met to their satisfaction.
Maintenance Management: Develop and implement maintenance schedules, strategies, and plans to keep facilities operating at peak performance while adhering to industry standards.
Budget Control: Oversee the budget for technical services, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently and within financial guidelines.
Health and Safety: Maintain a strong commitment to safety, ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to secure necessary services and materials for facility maintenance.
Technical Expertise: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve service quality.

Mechanically Qualified.
Strong experience with pressure systems, confined spaces and air handling units.
Proven experience in technical services management in the Facilities Management industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.
Budget management and financial acumen.
