Site Manager (Highways Surfacing)

Location: Cardiff

Contract: 6-Month Rolling

Outside Ir35 or CIS

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in highway surfacing projects? We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead and manage a small team on a rolling 6-month contract, based in Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of highway surfacing projects.
• Manage a small, skilled team to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing highway surfacing projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
