Our client is a well-established civil engineering contractor with a solid reputation for delivering highways and infrastructure schemes across the Eastern region. They've recently secured several high-profile projects, including access roads for the Sizewell C nuclear development, and are looking to bring in a Project Manager who’s ready to take ownership and lead from the front.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to stay in their lane. It’s for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives under responsibility, and wants to make a meaningful impact on site.
From day one, you’ll be leading live civils sites—managing site teams, subcontractors, design coordination, programme, cost, and client interaction. You’ll be trusted to run your site like it’s your own, with the support of a leadership team who genuinely back you.

You’ll be delivering highways, drainage, new access roads, structures, and Section 278 works. If you’ve led similar schemes with a main contractor background, this could be your ideal next move.
An HNC/HND or similar in civils helps, but what matters most is your leadership, delivery track record, and confidence managing live infrastructure sites.
