Job description
Looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with hands on knoweldge of rail and infrastructure who is also comfortable working with NEC forms of contracts.
A large Tier 1 Main contractor is looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a upward tragectory that includes £9 billion worth of programmes between 2024 and 2034. You'll join a young and knowledgable commercial team that will help you elavate your skills as well as pushing you to advance to Commercial manager/Commercial Director

As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will need to have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related course
- Strong experience in a civil engineering environment, with knowledge of rail infrasttructure.
- Thorough knowledge of monitoring cost performance of projects and contract administration.
- Thorough knowledge of cost management software and tools.
