Job description
Senior Quantity Surveyor needed for a long term contract in Great Missenden.
This is to work for a major civil engineering contractor on a large earthworks project and works are due to commence on site imminently.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have experience working for a civil engineering contractor, a good understanding of the NEC3 form of contract & had exposure to managing subcontract packages worth £10m+.
This role offers hybrid working of 4 days on site, 1 day from home. The contract will run for a minimum of 12 months with the expectation the contract will be extended based on good performance.
The initial IR35 assessment has come back as OUTSIDE IR35 but a final determination will need to be carried out with the successful candidate.
