I am currently working with a team of tier one main contractors who are on a joint venture that’s been so successful, they've managed to win further works on the HS2. This new project is worth a whopping £120million and its a heavy civils framework with no maintenance. The project includes the building of a brand-new viaduct, an eco-friendly head house and shaft fit outs.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your day to day will include:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your day to day will include:
- Contract administration.
- The procurement and management of subcontractors
- Cost Management
- Change management.
- Risk / Opportunities
- The development and management of a commercial team
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience with NEC forms of contracts and sub-contract management
- Experience working on major projects.
