Senior Quantity Surveyor

A large and ever-growing specialist sub-contractor are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a project that includes the delivery of 2,500 homes around East London, construction of new facilities such as schools and rail station upgrades and the exciting development of a new state of the art media, film and TV studios.

This Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity will see you become involved in a complex, design and build project - with the scope involving exciting civil engineering packages and concepts

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will need to be able to:

• Develop and maintain relationship with clients.
• Ensure Project Forecasting is accurately reported monthly.
• Monthly Commercial Reporting / Health Check Reporting
• Ensuring accurate Month - End CVR Reporting
• Review and managing Risk and Opportunities
• Ensure cashflow is maintained.
• Manage and mentor team.

What you need:

• Degree qualification desired (MRICS accredited or equivalent)
• Experience working with JCT and NEC contracts.
• Background in civil engineering and build
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
