Senior Project Manager

 Senior Project Manager needed for a Construction project based in West Sussex. Day rate up to £600 per day for at least 6 months, an IR35 assessment will be done on this role but currently this is viewed as being outside of IR35. 
The role will be based on site full time and will lead a team on a medium sized construction project for the principal contractor. Long term work available and the option for a permanent role is there.
We ideally need somebody within the next 2 weeks, but 4 weeks’ notice will also be considered. 
The successful Senior Project Manager must have experience of working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor and have experience of working on construction projects set within a framework. 

Main Duties will include - 
* Leading the site team, external consultants and supply chain to a successful project
* Following full client procedures and processes
* Maintain a strong Health & Safety discipline on site
* Liaising and updating the client on a daily/weekly basis
* Working with the Commercial Lead to keep on top of the budget

The ideal candidate will have experience within Aviation, Healthcare or a large government scheme and must have a SMSTS, valid CSCS and First Aid in place.
