We are representing a prominent, privately-owned Building Services contractor renowned for its distinguished history and track record in successfully completing significant projects across various sectors across London, including Residential, Commercial, Data Centre, Education, Science & Technology, and more.
Currently, due to securing a prestigious project in Central London, we are seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in commercial projects with Tier 1 M&E contractors. The project is a substantial commercial shell and core fit-out, boasting an MEP package exceeding £30 million. This opportunity presents the chance to engage in a project from its inception to completion, offering invaluable experience.
