People Group is partnered with a leading Tier 1 MEP contractor, recognised for its commitment to developing and supporting its people. They are seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist residential division, taking ownership of a flagship residential scheme in Central London.
In this role, you will take full commercial responsibility for an MEP package worth £20m, managing it from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard – while playing a key part in mentoring and developing the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial management of a £20m MEP package from inception to completion.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve best value.
- Manage risk and ensure full compliance with contractual obligations.
- Provide accurate financial reports, forecasts, and cost control measures to senior management.
- Mentor and support junior team members to drive commercial excellence.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, ideally on high-value residential projects.
- Proven track record managing MEP packages of £10m+.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work independently on complex projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
