What you’ll be doing
You’ll be a key member of their Thames Water AMP7 team, working on major capital delivery projects.
From procurement to final accounts, you’ll take ownership of the commercial and financial performance of your projects. You’ll:

• Manage and mentor Assistant QSs and junior staff.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, contracts, and change management.
• Work closely with operational teams and clients to maximise value and ensure delivery excellence.
• Produce CVRs, forecasts, and payment applications.
• Spot opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings.

What you’ll bring

• BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in a civil engineering or utilities contractor environment.
• Commercial acumen, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to progress.
