London (1 day hybrid working / finish early on a Friday)
A leading £90m-turnover MEP contractor is seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on a high-profile project in North London. With offices in Central London and a reputation for delivering major projects across the commercial, healthcare, and life sciences sectors, this is a company that values its people and offers a genuinely supportive work culture.
The Project
Your Role
You’ll be the lead MEP Quantity Surveyor on the project, reporting directly to a Managing Surveyor and Commercial Director. Responsibilities include full commercial oversight, cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and close liaison with the delivery team.

The Project
- Location: North London
- Scope: £15m MEP package across two buildings – a new-build commercial development and a refurbishment of a listed structure
- Phase: Pre-construction underway with a dedicated precon team setting up the project
- Duration: Pre-construction until October with project completion due in August 2026
- Base: Initially based in my clients Central London office during precon, with a flexible split between site and office thereafter
Your Role
You’ll be the lead MEP Quantity Surveyor on the project, reporting directly to a Managing Surveyor and Commercial Director. Responsibilities include full commercial oversight, cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and close liaison with the delivery team.
