We are hiring for a leading Tier 1 MEP Contractor known for delivering top-tier projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, data centers, pharmaceuticals, education, and mixed-use developments. Their recent growth has resulted in the launch of a new regional office in the South-East, with ambitions to secure exciting new projects beyond London.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role provides a unique opportunity to be involved from the preconstruction phase to the on-site delivery of a major university block refurbishment project in Norwich, with MEP works valued at £30 million. The preconstruction phase will begin shortly and last for one year, followed by 1.5 years of on-site work.
