They require a dynamic Mechanical Project Engineer to work on a major commercial Shell & Core scheme in the heart of London.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Strong background in mechanical engineering
• Preparation of commissioning documents
• Planning the development of the project and be responsible for any engineering issues.
• Prepare estimates for labour costs, material costs and equipment costs to determine project budgets
• Use the request for information system to communicate queries with the Design team.
• Preparing risk assessments and method statements.
• Ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are followed throughout the project
• Ensure quality control is up to date through inspections and snagging
• Professional communication with clients
