My client is a globally recognized, market-leading Tier 1 M&E contractor with extensive experience delivering high-profile projects across the UK and Europe. They specialize in a wide range of sectors, including major commercial, healthcare, and mission-critical developments.
They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee the pre-construction and delivery of a large-scale commercial Shell & Core project in central London worth £92mil M&E. This project is set to begin on-site in March 2025, with completion scheduled for September 2027.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pre-construction, procurement, and assistance with bids for projects
- Full cost control of the project with close alignment to QS - Financial reporting to management
- Technical submittals, RFI’s, noticing and rectifying flaws in design
- Delegation of work to project team (Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors etc).
- Health & Safety – investigating and reporting on any injuries that occur on site
