Graduate Building Surveyor

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum
An established multi-discipline practice based in the West End is looking to grow their building surveying team with the addition of a Graduate Building Surveyor.
The Graduate Building Surveyor will come from a consultancy background and have a minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role. You will be joining a supportive and friendly working environment. The team provides accurate construction advice across the commercial, residential and education sectors.
The role is to support an experienced Senior Building Surveyor who will also be your APC councilor. The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be exposed to a healthy diet of work across the professional and project disciplines. Typical schemes range from £100k and range up to £2million. Programmes are based in Central London and surrounding home counites.
