£60,000 - £70,000 per annum + bonus
 
Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking to elevate your career within a leading global property consultancy? We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Senior Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team based in Central London.

In this role, you will work across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties, delivering a broad range of professional and project services. You’ll be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team with access to high-profile instructions, exceptional clients, and clear routes to career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a wide range of building surveying instructions, including technical due diligence, defect analysis, dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments.
• Deliver project management services on refurbishment and fit-out schemes from inception to completion.
• Advise clients on property maintenance, refurbishment strategies, and asset improvement.
• Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

About You:

• MRICS qualified with at least 3–5 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience across core building surveying disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and professional instructions independently.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working collaboratively within a team environment.
