Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a wide range of building surveying instructions, including technical due diligence, defect analysis, dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments.
- Deliver project management services on refurbishment and fit-out schemes from inception to completion.
- Advise clients on property maintenance, refurbishment strategies, and asset improvement.
- Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- MRICS qualified with at least 3–5 years post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience across core building surveying disciplines.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and professional instructions independently.
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working collaboratively within a team environment.
